The following is the comfortable and reasonable way to JLCTUFS.
When you get out from the custom, go down and find the train station. You have 2 choices.
1) If you choose JR line, the NEX (Narita Express) will carry you to Shinjuku, the biggest station in Japan. At Shinjuku, find platform 7 or 8 and get on Chuo Line and go to Musashi Sakai.
2) If you choose Keisei line, the other express train called the Skyliner runs to Nippori Station. At Nippori, change trains to JR Yamanote line and go to Tokyo Station. Change trains again to Chuo Line to Musashi Sakai.
At Musashi Sakai, finally change trains to Seibu Tamagawa Line and get off at the second station called Tama. TUFS is located for a few minutes' walk from the station. The total transporatation fee is 3,570 yen (A) or 2,540 yen (B), taking around 2 hours.
